  • Can we have some deals given?

  • Basically just offsets the shipping cost (for most Sims)

    Deals have prices.

  • It's a lot cheaper to buy a Sim when you are in the country and a lot country's don't even need id.

Avoid this retailer at all costs, review the compilation by @BradleyDS2. My personal experience for this retailer was significantly poor, with the product being delayed shipping and the item going on deeper discount before my order had even been dispatched showing it was in stock?

Also as @paulaus called out, very often much cheaper and a better deal to buy the sim when you get into the country you are visiting, or even on transit through (HappyTalk in Signapore comes to mind)

    • Good insight, I hadn't seen the previous comment chains. That certainly was a disappointing response from the seller. I just got notification from AusPost this morning that mine is due to be delivered today to Melb after ordering on Tue afternoon with a Wed dispatch. I'm travelling to both USA and Canada so I didn't want to deal with the hassle of spending time trying to find a SIM that was both affordable and could handle both countries. If I was only travelling to one country or transiting through an Asian city (the StarHub SIM in SG looks pretty attractive) I probably would source the SIM locally. Good to know this for future reference.

Edit: Actually I got the tracking mixed up with another delivery, I haven't received notification for delivery for the SIM yet. Will update when I do get the SIM in my hands.

      • StarHub us the one I meant, in my earlier post, great coverage with that in Singapore, Japan, and Korea. Can't recommend it enough, except if you can't get a hold of one :(
