What Can I Do if Seller Does Not Send The Product I Paid?

I am not sure if this is ok to post this kind of question but I think there are many people here with similar experience with me.

I purchased two items, actually won them in auction with quite cheap price compared to the RRP as they are 'resealed' condition. I paid on 15th Aug (more than 2 weeks ago) but they did not send this yet. They said the vendor does not respond to their enquiries for two weeks! Is there anything I can do to make them active to fix the issue or I have to request refund?

Sorry it was Graysonline and I paid by credit card as there was an issue with their Paypal payment. I requested to fix it several times but they couldn't make it.

  EBay dispute /PayPal dispute. Read up on your buyer rights by googling so you don't make a mistake in the process.

  There's no issue yet - it's only just passed the 2 weeks timeframe. What was the "expected delivery date" for the auction you won?

      He should not have paid 15 of these. He should have taken one and visited the seller - I reckon it would have been cheaper and much faster that way. ;-)
