  • I backed this game on kickstarter, and I honestly think it sucks, gameplay is pretty 2d, pretty much every system is the same with the same objective, doesn't really feel like you're exploring. The ai isnt very creative and the story doesn't really exist.

    • When did you play it last? The current version is different to the Kickstarter. Especially with the DLC.

      • I played a couple of weeks ago, the dlc situation shits me too, they barely even released the completed game and they already are asking people to pay more to actually get a story out of the game, and by the sounds of it the dlc is just what they promised originally for the game. standard kickstarter crap

    • I would like to know that as well. Freelancer is one of my favourite space shooters of all time.

    • It's not, that's why I backed it, but its not.

      I would describe it more like meh FTL with the controls of freelancer
