True it's not smartphone capable but is a good basic key finder at a good price point for around the house and garden.
I originally bought a set of these at a higher price for my inlaws, for a bit of fun, as they regularly seemed to be losing their keys or glasses around the house or in the garden, and they now love it.

You do need to initially purchase 2 AAA batteries for the transmitter but the CR2032s are included.

  I keep misplacing my remote controllers, so I will need another finder to find the remote controller of this key finder.

    Key finder finder.

    Once you get enough of these (key finder finder finder finder finder finder finder), hopefully there will be enough of them filling up your house that it should be easier to find at least one of them. Then you'll have the fun of following the trail of all the finders (hopefully) leading to your keys!
