Hmm. They offered this deal two weeks ago (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/399230) and I redeemed the same code which appeared in the app with a November expiry date.
However when I went into the store a few days later they claimed they had stopped credit with Liven (despite the code being active in Liven).
I would take my business across the road to Huxtaburger. They are better burgers and are currently offering a $10 credit for your first order if ordering online. https://www.huxtaburger.com.au/order-online/

Lburger Hawthorne aren't accepting liven as liven isn't paying them back it seems a staff member mentioned
Don't waste your time and use your credit else where may be or call and check with the store in case they start accepting it again I don't know just giving a heads up
Hungry and disappointment is a bad combination
There were some issues with Liven at L'Burger. That's all been resolved so this promotion is back on track.
fwiw i found the burgers pretty meh. not bad, but nothing exceptional either
