I went with this one for $680, swapped the HDD to a ssd. Too bad it has a dent on side A and bended on 1 corner.

Also went with the one you listed there. It flies - replaced DVD with a generic bay off ebay for $9 - only broke one prong in the process of prying the laptop apart. Unfortunately the NVME slot is used for the wifi or would have gone with an nvme drive. Put in an mx-500 SSD and with the MX-150 does basic gaming. The FHD screen is pretty good and bright also. Bang for buck its fantastic.

      • It's not an NVME slot. It's an m.2 slot and if it has a wifi card in it, it's likely that it wouldn't be a big enough slot for an m.2 drive or have the pcie lanes you would need to take advantage of an NVME drive. By the way, an m.2 slot can take AHCI drives too and run on the serial ata interface.

    "Warranty managed by graysonline"
Almost of no use other than DOA claim.

  • BEWARE GRAYSONLINE
Their refurbs are anywhere from as new condition to heavy use and their returns policy is the worst I've ever experienced.
Pay $145 if there is "no fault found" plus return postage.

Of course they never seem to find a fault - leaving you $145 + postage worse off with a defective device.

    • ^ literally the only thing stopping me from getting it.

      • if it helps just purchased a lenovo 520 from grays the other day, came today other then few tiny marks it looks as good as new, have also brought 3 others in the past never had an issue, worst case start up a ebay complaint if theres a major issue
