Same offer also on Gold Coast for those a few KM south of Brisbane:

    http://www.grabone.com.au/gold-coast

    • Cool, didn't know that :)

    • a few KM south of Brisbane:

lol more like 80 km ;)

  • Do you have to buy all 3 coffees at once? It doesn't seem terribly clear from the deal.

Mind you I haven't had my coffee yet this morning so I might be missing something obvious.

    • Coffees. 1 per person per day - I'd say not.. I pass two on the way to work, sounds like a good deal for me :)

      • Yep, I wonder what will happen if you go with a friend and ask for two coffees.

    Nice deal!
I read this on site: "When you present your voucher you will be given a coffee card for the other two coffees."

    • Really? When I printed voucher, the bottom corner (to left of barcode) includes under "Fine Print for ALL Deals" : "…Must be used in one visit."
      ??

Just received my first of three coffees! Yeah the deal is you can only collect one per day, so space it out over the month or 3 coffees in 3 days if you like. I went to the gabba glorias. Bargain for $1.

    • Great. Will be using mine at the same Gloria's.

  • only let me buy 1 - I thought I was allowed 2??
Not being ungrateful.. just sayin'… :)

you only can buy one, but you can buy a gift for yourself..:)

So. Have they worked out how to make coffee that isn't too hot, burnt and bitter?

    Quite a trifecta!

Only time that I haven't been able to finish a coffee in recent memory. I thought that it might have been a one-off aberration - but other people have said that they had less-than-pleasurable experiences with this chain.

    • they're a heck of a lot better than star bucks

wouldnt drink the crap if you paid me, I would urge everybody to boycott this cult of an organisation unless you
prefer the flavour of Piety in your flat whites.

I checked out your link. Just let me verify your position: you don't like that the owner of Gloria Jeans goes to a particular church, so you want us all to not drink their coffee?

      hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm… no.

I think you're right though, that might explain why their coffee is so much better than star bucks.

My position is that vast amounts of the organisations profits get funnelled into poisonous megachurchs like hill$song. This enables them to capitalise and prey on the innocent minds of the people that dont have the capacity for critical thinking and spread their vile draconian dogma.

They normally only ask if I want caramel on top, not whether I would like to be saved by Jesus :)

        • hmmm kinda like avoiding a coffee chain because they use coffee grown on rainforest land I guess??
Gosh we wouldn't spend much money if we only shopped at businesses untarnished by unethical behaviour.

lol I don't disagree with you… a friend once suggested that hillsong are of the devil (to a Christian congregation - one guy walked out, but didn't notice any horns or tail)… but don't think this is the forum for such discussions… I'm surprised this thread isn't already gone - isn't this moderated?? :)

Hey man, people have the right to be preyed on if they want. Who are you to try and stop it?

If I want to go join some cult that sings songs on a hill, then I should be allowed to.

The Gloria Jeans near our place gave us another voucher to claim the other 2 coffees after you surrender the Grabone voucher.

  • Good to see people making the connection here between hillsong and gloria jew.

  • I went into toowong's gloria jean's coffee. The cashier said they don't participate in this event. I can't find any information about which store participate. Does anyone know ?

    • found the below descript in grabone's deal discussion

Kylie Keioskie for Gloria Jean's Coffees commented 1 day ago.
Hi everyone - Kylie from Gloria Jeans Coffees here. We have 68 stores participating in the deal (except for Logan Hyperdome and Strathpine) all the way north to Bribie Island and South to Springwood! So yep, Carindale, Capalaba, Bayside, Fortitude valley etc are in all. Enjoy!

    • That sucks man, sorry about that :(

I hope Chermside and Toombul do.

  • Gotta love these free coffees. :) I have seen people that will drive 3 hours to get a free coffee. $20 in Petrol with a free coffee at the end.

I personally would sell my soul for a free Coffee :)

    • well apparently you've come to the right place, according to some here :)

  • Does this "coffee card" for other 2 coffees have the same expiry date?

Do they check your name? I can't see why I couldn't hand the "coffee card" to a couple of mates and all have a coffee together??
