      • Can you please provide tracking once my phone has been shipped out?
I sent you email 6:39pm yesterday.

        Regards,
        Jack

        • all orders have been dispatched mate

  • Has anyone received their order?

    • yes , orders which were dispatched tuesday or wed

  • Received the S8 yesterday, the receipt says 6 months warranty but the listing says 12 months?

In addition, if I need to take this phone back to Official Samsung store for repair, is the proof of purchase the receipt you provided or something else?

    • is the phone in A1 condition otherwise?

There’s some light scratches on the screen.
My concern is getting Samsung AU WARRANTY at the kiosk/stores

I’ve had my Samsung s7 Edge repaired in the past and they’ve always asked for proof of purchase which wasn’t provided with this purchase, only a small “docket” invoice where 1/3 of the text is cut off

It’s a bit disappointing Phonwbot hasn’t replied to any emails sent to them or messages here. They only appear active when it’s favourable to them.

        • Hi mate
Please check your spam folder. All emails have been replied to. Also most of the invoices are emailed. i can email one to you now

          • @erroorfree: Yes, please email me the invoice - Order ID: 12589

So how does the proof of purchase work for the phone? Wouldn’t Samsung be looking for the original invoice , ie. the one provided to your Corporate customer? Will your tax invoice suffice?

            • @jiakz: ok will do shortly. new invoice issued in your name will work at samsung in case of any issues

  • So, for those who purchased, have you received your phone and was it true to description? Are you happy with your purchase and given a chance, would you purchase from the same seller?

      there's some scratches - def not A1 but still a good price…
fb market place for the same ballpark price usually has cracked screens/issues

only gripe is that the receipt looks like a docket/not sure I can claim TRS?
and that didn't include the AKG headphones/charger might not be genuine….

but overall still happy with the purchase/phonebot :)
