So much deals from scoopon Groupon and all Travel sites where $99 for 2 for 1 night stay or something similar

How do people with kids or 1 kid manage to secure these deals?

Any confirmed working method?

Call up the hotel beforehand and ask how much extra to have a kid stay in the room?

Can you buy 2 vouchers and have interconnecting rooms? You really DON'T want to have kids stay in the same room as you if you can help it

I also wondered if we ever need to report we are bringing a kid if they are able to fit in the same bed for that night etc?

  If it's discovered you're over occupied you may be asked to leave with no refund.
  The odds of it being discovered is a different story though.

Chek the hotel’s website, you should be able to find the max guests allowed for that type of room.

I take my 2 kids away all the time and despite hotel regs saying no children, I never get hassled. Mine are still young so use your judgment but I reckon up to 2 kids under 10 is usually ok for short trips.
