40% off Everything OR $75 off $150 Spend OR Free Shipping over $30 at boohooMAN

Received a few offer from boohooMAN (men's fashion from boohoo.com). Unfortunately due to only one coupon code can be used (rather than stacked), those offers are sort of mutually exclusive.

1. 40% off Everything, plus Free Shipping with $50 Spend. Free shipping with $50 spend needs coupon code FREE, expires at 21 Sept 1AM.

2. $75 off $150 Spend with coupon code SPEND150. Expires 30 Sept.

3. Free Shipping $30 Spend with coupon code BHAU30D. Expires 30 Sept.

Unfortunately (1) and (2) cannot be used together. If $75 off $150 coupon code was used, then the 40% off discount will be removed. Shipment will come from UK, and on the checkout page it says "WE WILL COVER ALL GST CHARGES" — not sure whether that means it comes with tax invoice.
