Free Shipping Sitewide with No Minimum Spend @ FragranceX

FSW

I'm sure this deal has been around forever, but I thought it'll be well worth reminding it to the OzB community for a few reasons:

  • Many would have started their Christmas holidays shopping already (slowly but surely).
  • The website has many brands which aren't widely available locally.
  • Many of the perfumes are cheaper than Chemist Warehouse prices (shipping and GST included) - obviously you may not want to order those few which are available in CW and are cheaper too. FragranceX ships from the US so you'll be charged a GST (shows on the final page before you make payment).
  • An important reason for me - I haven't come across any other website where you can by testers (same products without fancy packaging) - which are way cheaper in some cases

I have purchased from here a couple of times earlier and free standard shipping took approx 5-8 days. Orders were shipped by DHL and were packed very well.

Don't forget to use Cashrewards.

  • These guys also charging GST now too?

    • Yup.. unfortunately.

      • I thought they only started targeting the big names but seems it is alot more stores

        • Hmm.. may be the stores want to play safe.. it may have come from the stores' side.

        • @virhlpool:

They could collect and not even pass on to the ATO… Still I find eBay cheaper for dior but that maybe fake… These fragrance sites used to be good but this gst crap is frustrating as local stores jack prices anyway

  • These days I've no idea which stores sell genuine or fake perfumes.

That can be said for the most sellers though, including CW. Knowing the global scale/ volume of FragranceX, I would tend to trust them. But, who knows!

I once purchased an EDP from FragranceX and it was pretty strong and long lasting, as expected. My other purchase was EDT and it wasn't any different from the same brand which I had earlier purchased from CW either.

On a side note, is there a trick to check if a perfume is genuine? I am not sure if websites like checkfresh.com can help differentiate original and fake ones - I have never tried using it.

You read a stamped code from the base of the box and type it onto a website.

If a company had millions in old stock in a warehouse, replacing boxes with new boxes and new codes could be easy though, couldn't it?

I suppose we could trust pharmacies like CW who push vitamins/ supplements for profits our health

75ml Creed for $172? Yeh I would t trust this website. Either very old stock that’s expired or fake.

I bought many times from them before the GST imposition. All real. No complaints.
