I just got a message from Optus advising me that they've given me 20GB of additional data for no reason - just to say thanks apparently!

With bundle discount reduces to either $40 or $50 i forget, either way i'm happy
Ok, so its actually $60 for 100GB, and then $10 off if you have a bundle.

Gosh, I need this message. All I'm getting at the moment is the message to say i being charged an extra $10 for another 1gb because I've gone over again.
maybe check out the new plans and see if any of them works better for you.
Thanks, I've had a look and it seems breaking my contract and paying out the difference while porting my number to telstra will be cheaper than paying all the excess data charges.
Swap to Belong - no overuse charges
I am on an $18 ($30 discounted) for 3GB plan and I got a message that they will add 10GB. The plan expires on 20 Oct. I am not sure whether neww plan will be still 18 or 30. If it stays $18 then this is very good for me.

What was your data plan BEFORE the extra 20GB?
Its normally around $40/m for 30GB of data
