Nice to see a post on surf wax. Just be aware that the only ones they have are base coat and tropical, both hard wax

  However I've noticed that the tropical is actually the warm one.
  Covering a 18-23°C temperature range.
  It means that it will get a fair chunk of the Australian coast covered for many months of the year.
  And doesn't melt as much in the car (Disclaimer: boards don't like living in the car)

  Sex wax is from the US and was more of a cold water wax that melts and gets slippery in summer.
  
  Mrs Palmer's is local , tackyon
  and became more popular late 80's ,
  now also sold as supa-glue.
  
  Bubblegum is ok too, you know ,
  for kiwi wax.
