Hello

This is deal is back again, very good price. It is a part of their Bathurst Sale which I look forward to each year, but I do no see any items that caught my ee though. So check out their other deals. They usually do the cheap Castrol Edge thing each year but I do not see it, unless it past normally a 2 day thing. I still have the 5 bottles of Castrol Edge I bought a few years ago.

Unfortunately when I needed them recently, they were not on sale. So I got them not at this price.
I have not even installed the set I recently got, so makes it a bit more annoying. When I bought them and received them, the next day they had a 20% off sale.
Annoying after annoying.

Was thinking to get a second set to stock up, but decided against today. The pads will will last a few years or more for me, this sale will come around many times again before I need them. Who knows if I will even have this car.

Good price though.

      I go them from sparesbox for about $113 delivered compared to Supercheap for $160 at the time.

      You get two brake pad sets for $79.98, normally $79.98 or so each.
      So it is about half price.

    Corolla front pad is included in this range. They have been doing 2 for $59 and 2 for $69 in the past. I have two front brakes sets sitting since the last three years. Won't need another set in the next 10 years I guess. Don't know if unusually long storage does anything to a brake pad like lining coming off the metallic base of the pad etc.

      I had a pair on my Rolla and they squeaked, tried brake clean, anti-squeal and deglazed with no joy. I ended up getting genuine pads and the genuine parts had no squeal.

      I couldn’t return the Bendix ones either! Shame because Bendix is usually good.

        Interesting, i've used Bendix GCT for years no squeeling. you need anti-squeel shims that comme with the car, (may have been missed installing back during a past brake service).

    Just a note of caution. While these are packaged as Ultra Premium, they are in fact the same as General CT https://www.bendix.com.au/faq

      I looked that up when I bought it too.

      This is ultra premium for supercheap auto compared to the other cheap pads they sell. Sort of misleading.
