If you know someone else that needs one, buy two with code PACKAGE20 @ $359 each.

  • Using UniDays discount you can get this model through Catch for $370.15. Free shipping for ClubCatch members or for shipping to Melbourne is $11.95.

    • refurbished?

      • +1

It doesn't mention refurbished in the advert.

        Catch

    • Unidays discount didn't work for me. Was $412 shipped for me.

  • Any other colour offerings with this deal?

    • +1

No; this model only comes in Onyx Black

      • what's the difference between this and the normal red model?

        • The red is the iconic colour. Any other colour better to buy a Kenwood. :D

        • +5

The wavelength range is different. The red one is around 700nm, whilst this one is unknown you can ask the manufacturer.

        • The red one has more watts I believe; I think 300?

        • I'm not sure if there are differences between the mixers (I kind of doubt it though) but there's a different model number for every colour and included bowl/s combination.

So this appears to be single steel bowl - other options include a large and small steel bowl, or a single glass bowl.

          • +1

@diamondd: The Classic has less wattage than the Artisan. The Classic is not recommended for mixing bread for this reason.
The Mini also has a lower wattage and a smaller bowl size.
The Artisan comes with a few different options for bowls depending on the model number, but is otherwise exactly the same (save for colour). In that range it is about personal preference.

        • +4

          The red one goes faster?

          • @dm01: no, the one with the racing stripes does

  • +3

Note that the Classic is less powerful than the Artisan.
Kogan currently has the Artisan KSM170 for $499, which I price matched at Myer a few days ago in the Candy Apple Red.

didnt know that Myer accept Kogan pricematch..

      • Probably got someone who isn't overly familiar with their price matching policy …

        • +1

Quite possibly? The assistant didn't look junior, and was a little reluctant but said it was still above their cost price.
Given the Kogan Artisan KSM170 includes free shipping, it is still a better deal than the Classic for around $400 IMO.

          • @lord henry: Defintely, Kogan and all other online only retailers should not have been price matched. You must have gotten lucky with that.

            • @Aced21: Hi aced21: is it possible to call for store to hold the delivery of my purchase Kenwood so i can exchange with this kitchenaid? Thanks

              • @girl8940117: Sorry if I am late. It is best to call our online team (check our website>contact us>online). The store people won't know anything about your online order.

    • hmm, nothing on Kogan website saying that's it is the Artisan model, and after watching this review https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQEminBK7AQ, I am a bit wary.

      • +1

KSM170 is definitely from the Artisan range (something you could have figured out yourself if you Googled).

  • Anyone who wants to go halves and get 2 for 20% off let me know.

  • +2

How is this compared to kenwood kvc3100w? I just bought one in previous deal.

    • This one has much less power for mixing bread dough and driving attachments. But it looks nicer.

  • There goes all my vouchers…

  • Looks like they had very limited stock. I got refunded today. I purchased this 20min after it went live.. What a bummer.
