Do you know how long refunds usually take? I'm in the same situation as you.
Thinking about cancelling and rebooking but if it's a headache to get my money back I might just leave it.
I'm not too sure, this is the first time I've cancelled one. It didn't say anywhere when I was cancelling or in the cancellation email how long the refund would take. Can only guess it would be a few business days?
Did the same. Cancelled booking, paid $6 cancellation fee, rebooked and offered upgrade so got T4 parking for 10 bucks cheaper than what I'd originally booked in long term. #winning

I was also offered a $25 upgrade from long term to T4 for 11 days which I thought was a good deal as we're arriving home late and not having to take the shuttle with kids is well worth that alone!

I just did a quote via RACV and RACV was $30 cheaper using busy beaver undercover valet. I know its a different location but $30 better in my pocket.
It's a trade off. If you park at the airport, no issues with slow traffic, accidents / incidents holding things up, company's bus breaking down (Tullamarine has heaps).
Damn, ends too early for me, nice find, hopefully something else comes up for April/May.
The short term parking terminal is crap now, if picking up/dropping off someone it's better to do it in one minute drop off zone rather than paying $$ for the premium of driving through countless spiral ramps just to realise that you'd have to take 2 separate lifts and zigzag through walkways to get inside the terminals.

If you attempt booking long term parking, they may offer you T4 undercover parking at a large discount.
I was booking for about 12 days and when I first hit "Next" or whatever, they offered T4 upgrade for just $25 extra (instead of $80 extra).
Note: The upgrade amount doesn't get a discount.

Probably. You'll also pay for the 24 hour stay.
Believe it or not, it works out to be cheaper than the 15 hour stay with the 12% off code lol

just wondering how far is T4 at Terminal parking to the international terminal? I have saved a $50 from my original booking for T2 at Terminal Parking with this code. But if i can half the cost and park at T4, i'd be happy to do that.
Maybe a couple of hundred metres. Parked in T4 and flew out/into T2 a few weeks ago with partner and a 9 and 7yo and it was more than manageable.
Edit - says "promo code not applied" but when going to pay the total amount includes the 20% off.
Hint, choose long term parking and then take the upgrade offer, ended up getting a park at T2 for almost half price!

Books a 10 day parking just saved $23 dollar.
Note that if you're looking to park at the terminals (walking distance) and lite fare is sold out the price difference can almost be double (86 vs 159 for 9 days) but if you choose the Long Term option you can upgrade to terminal parking for $29 and you get 5% cancellation fee rather than the 15% for the Lite Fare.

There's only a fee if you cancel last minute (36 hours or 24 hours depending on the fare type).
Why do they keep blocking off half the LTCP with barriers. They barricaded myself in last week so had to shift a barrier to get out of my zone.
