when I was on this morning it wasn't showing in the game pass app on phone of Xbox, you have to find it in the store (standard edition/version) then it'll highlight "download now with GamePass". (this may have changed, but a heads up if you normally download your games via the GamePass app)

Yes but it’s not true 4K just upscaled to to fit the image
Upscaling is basically just the picture being stretched so that it fits the screen.
Most xbox one s games are 900p upscaled to 4K. Even on a 1080p tv the x looks a lot better
