      thanks

  • Happy to help out any Lumo customers that didn't get this offer :)
I got targeted on one of my cards.

  • The t&c are confusing? Is it payments via DD or over the phone only? Payments online go via the westpac portal so I assume that will not count.

Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly with your Card to which the offer is saved, at Lumo Energy at www.lumoenergy.com.au, via direct debit or phone on 1300 553 615.

    • Payments to Lumo on their website go through the Westpac portal. They post on Amex statements as being ‘Lumo Energy’ and so I don’t see why they would be excluded

The Momentum deal went through the westpac portal and still got the credit.

      • True that!

Can you prepay your bill if you are on the Lumo e-deal plan with direct debit?

    • +1

      Yes you can

      • can you do it online or have to call?

        • Pmed sent!

          • @nightelves: I never got your PM. I need an account number / name by Monday so the referrer and me get a $50 gift card each. Excite below sent me a number, but they weren't happy with that. So potentially a $50 gift card if you want one.

Also, for the AMEX credit. Does a spend in the rewards store count? I have the offer, but no bill to pay yet :(

        • What's the referral bonus? Got 1 bill with Amaysim. Made no sense. I'm over em. Lumo amex seems next best.

Pm one through if it helps both of us.

The Lumo deal shows up on my card, but I think the T&C are confusing. Is the deal only available to new customers?

EDIT: Also available to existing customers. Just called Amex.

  • +2

Nice! Almost exhausted 10x Red Energy rebates from Amex, so this offer is perfect timing. This has almost become the new credit card churn but with Utility providers.

  • Thanks OP. I think existing lumo customers in other States and Territories will also get the statement credits. No way for amex to know.

  • Of course I didn't get targeted :(

  • Direct link for the winedirect.com.au offer? When I click the deal button all I get is the amex homepage. :)

    • No link available for this one. Offer should appear in your account if you are targeted.

  • Has anyone who’s an existing customer done this and received $30 credit confirmation email?

    • +1

Yup I've used three of my cards and received three credit confirmation emails.

  • SA fellows!
What is your rate with Lumo Energy?

I'm with Dodo Power (42.65 cent / KWh flat rate and 25% disc.) and thought it very cheap already.

    • Rates all come down to distributor, regardless of state. I've been with Lumo in Vic for gas for a year. Cheapest I can find. It's a trading name of Snowy Hydro.

      • you don't live in South Australia, apparently…

        • Apparently. ;)

  • Anyone have a link to the CBA AMex Connect link, ie manual enrolment. Cannot find it and CBA Amex closes the end of the month, so would like to use that up before it closes.

  • Does the pay on time discount still get applied if your account is in credit? I know on amaysim they apply the discount to the next bill and if you're in credit you don't get it.

  • +1
  • Anyone Know if your LUMO payment number is the same as your account number?

So I have a Lumo account, but no bill yet, so no payment number.

I have a statement credit I cant use (by today)

When you pay a bill via the Lumo website, is your payment number just your account number?

    • no, it's the number starts with 4xxxxxxx, you can ask online chat to give you your payment number, i already paid over $1000

      • They said I don't have a payment number yet :(

        • if you only transferred to lumo recently, it's too late, but once you successful switched to lumo, you shall get the payment number very soon, it takes more than one month for them to switch mine
