I bought a whole bunch of these from those group buying sites for $5 weekend parking. It's a pretty good deal as with this one you don't have to pay anything upfront and just bring along the voucher, although it costs $3 more.
The restrictions on time are a bit annoying though, because it's really just for day use essentially (for the weekend parking)… you couldn't go out for dinner in the city because you'd need to get out by 7pm.
