Celiac disease isn't the only negative impact gluten consumption can have on people.
gluten sensitivity can affect those who are not coeliac nor have the genes - such as people with fructose malabsorption or irritable bowel syndrome - and some coeliacs can tolerate oats
My fav cereal, love the taste. Could not care any less about the % carbs or % protein
