  My order is not even the system (My order section says I have not ordered anything) but they have charged my card.

  Legally speaking, they had an offer (the sale) and that offer was accepted when my card was charged by Skechers.

  I have not heard back from them yet.

  If they try to refund my money then I will contact ACCC.

  Misleading advertising. Australian Consumer Law is there to protect us customers.

  Not good enough to simply cancel orders because the sale is too popular.

  bummer, I went to order some pairs of thongs the last 2 days but couldn't check out.
  Logged in today and the sale is over lol. How shit.
  edit: asked support and they said they could give a 20% discount code. Kinda sucks because they still have the style/size I want in stock.
