Brought it for my mum, got it price beat at office works. Total cost is $1,044.05 :)
Didn't factor in the shipping since the guy didn't bother. He's was a nice guy. He thought it was S9 at first, but was suprised when it was Note 9.

P.S. Calling 1300 outright refused me so don't bother with them.
Hint: When they check up the price, don't tell them to go to becex!!!! Tell them to go to google shopping and then type in "Galaxy Note 9" - Becex will be at the top. He went there, glance over a bit and deal. Office work trusts Google more than Becex apparently. So if it's on google listing, you know it's Australian Stock!

I was able to price beat with OW this morning, $1,096.25 black model. Pending authorisation though, as OW lady could not find the model number in Becextech site.
Just got knocked back for the same reason. No model number.
Bad luck, I picked mine up this evening.
Ended up picking up a black one from another officeworks location. $1058.30
Contacted OW - SYD, best the can offer after the price beat is $1089 (unfortunately, they are considering the Shipping charges from BECEXTECH)

One of the drivers for me to buy now was partly because of the JBL Promo.
Other option was to buy S9 Plus from Samsung Education Store which also qualifies for JBL Promo, but I just like shape and size of Note 9 better (screen is more square and corner of the screen less rounded).
Yup I was even planning to go with s9 plus.
But seems all are making same shapes of phone now a days.
So to have a different look and better grip.
I prefer to go with NOte 9.

Worked, initially they diddnt watnt to match because the "warranty was different" and "the serial number was different" but in the end got through ans it was the same exact item.
