It doesn't say MotoGP races, it says Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix races. There are are different classes.

I didn’t give an answer as it’s only my opinion of the wording. Rossi won 250cc twice, 500cc once and MotoGP 5 times. What they want as an answer may be different.
Rossi is an Italian.
I was blind to that, just saw Australian Motorcycle GP, not Australian who won Australian GP. Which is why I wanted to prompt a consideration and not offer a firm answer.
The prize is worth over $5000 yet doesn't include accommodation. Question - what is a Garage Tour and how could it possibly be worth $4000?
