    Can confirm new order only. Also be aware that some styles can't be exchanged, even if you visit a store. I had a less than ideal experienced trying to exchange a pair of wrong sized Chelsea boots. They're not actually stocked in store so the assistant could only suggest I email customer support to get my pair returned (at my cost) and then re-order from the website, which was not possible since I got them from the $50 special last time.

      I had the exact same issue - I ordered the wrong size by mistake (was looking at the womens size chart, oops) and immediately after ordering realised my mistake. must have been a few minutes after I'd paid. They couldn't alter the order or cancel it or anything! Had to wait for the confirmation email that they'd shipped it (three days later), receive them, send them back. Crikey.

      I fit a 9 in Hush Puppy size, a US 10/EU 44 in Adidas and a US 10 in Nike. Hope that helps.

      The best way is to go to their stores to try a few different shoes, then record the size and wait for another big sale online.

      Just like when you go to Nike/Adidas stores/outlet, try their size from different shoes, then record the right size. After your preparation, you may buy some from the next round big sale.

      I got Chelsea boots in the last deal and they're actually branded as 'extra wide'. I'm normally a 10, bought these boots in a 9.5 and they're pretty good in thick socks. If you're planning on wearing normal business socks go a size lower.

      Also of note is the ludicrous RRP - I sent my first pair back due to poor internal stitching

      Suit color? I personally wouldn't recommend either - safer to go with a clean shoe such as the CALE or SEBASTIAN or NIGEL. Even the VINCE boot is a nice option.

    I got my KOMONDOR CHUKKA today. The color was not ideal, but I can't complain about $40 plus $2.4 cashback + referral bonus (5+5+15+15/2) from shopback, which would make it actually $5.1 and 40 Amex points (damn it I don't have explorer card, otherwise it would be 80 poinnts) in the end, so approximately $4.7 if I ignore the time value of money, because the cashback and referral bonus is not available yet.
