eBay buyer wants 2 bundle BINs? How do I avoid getting scammed?

I'm selling 3 different used computer models over 3 listings. Each model has a different quantity available. I've had a buyer ask to buy all remaining quantities over the 3 listings and he's made me an offer of $1000 for the lot. He has asked me to make 2 BIN listings of $500 each for him to utilize the current ebay promotional code on.

What is the best way to do this so I don't get scammed?

Do I just create 2 $500 listings and label them as "computer bundles" with description stating what models contained and quantity of each?

Just seems messy and I'm a newbie at selling,

Appreciate advice.

UPDATE
I did the two separate bundle listings in the end and quoted shipping with full insurance. Guy clicked buy it now but has now backed out of payment claiming promo code no longer available. Last time I bother with this kind of BS!

What exactly are you selling? Is it something you can prove worked before you sent it? If so, video everything and take as many photos as you can. Even when you're posting it, video everything

Simply tell the buyer to purchase the available quantity in each of the listings and then ask for an invoice with combined postage.

    • I originally said this but he said he needed to lay via 2x Buy It Now listings so he can use ebay promo codes.

My original 3 listings were buy it now or make an offer. He has made me a single offer price ($1k) for all via message. This price was about 10% less than the full BIN value but I'd be prepared to accept if he bought all.

ask them what their ozbargain user name is.

Buyer can just add them all to cart before hitting checkout, no need to create BIN listings

I would have created two listings as requested or expand the original two listings to include half of the listing no 3. It's $1000 sale, so it should have no issue of a little hassle.

Ship with signature required and insured it.
