  The problem with the cheaper ones is the spring mechanism makes the plastic clasp rattle if its not holding anything.

  I just bought some other no name brand on off Amazon for $27, including car charger and a suction cup mount as well as the vent clip. Exact same specs AND it arrived from Amazon to Gold coast the next day!

  Looks 90% the same as this.

          @cloudie9: I don't think it is officially approved by Apple. This one was the only car mount with charger I could see on their website.

  I got a Baseus Car Mount like the one mentioned above in the Ebay link for low 20's delivered and it's been awesome.
  Had it for a couple of months and I do regular long drives, some are 3 hours or so as I live in the country and that thing is rock solid and charges fine.
  No rattles when it's not holding anything.

    Not a gravity style grip, but good price. I specifically want the gravity due to ease of putting in and taking out of cradle.
