Very cheap flights to Eastern US destinations via United & American Airlines. They all connect through San Francisco or Los Angeles where you can organise a free stopover. Fares include bags & meals. Seems like the cheapest sellers are via Mytrip or Skiddoo. Loads of dates from now until June excluding the Christmas season. Use Google Flights to find the cheapest dates then plug them into Momondo, Skyscanner, etc.

    Columbia, South Carolina

For when you get there: https://www.experiencecolumbiasc.com/things-to-do/

  • Scranton?! For The Office fans, my buddies and I visited there on a road trip…despite being huge fans, still wouldn't recommend. Straight depressing lol.

  • Having been to a number of these second/third-tier towns, I can't see why anyone would want to go to any of them for a holiday. Exceptions are Philadelphia (awesome underrated city with lots of great US history), and Key West (but you want to drive down the second longest bridge in the world from Miami to get there…)

  • So Key West has an international airport…who would have thunk it?

    • They probably have flights to the Caribbean and Bahamas.

      • I never imagined any of the Keys would have more than a light airport.

  • Darn I thought thats Escobar's Columbia. Still waiting for promo flight for my treasure hunting trip.

    • Colombia

      Good spelling saves you time.:)

      • "Presented to the People of the Republic of Columbia. Richard M. Nixon"
