    The RRP value may seem inflated, but the priceline bag is actually one of the best skincare deals (especially if you reach the minimum spend using products at half price / price matched).

    Has anyone else tried to use the vouchers in the gift bag?

    Yesterday, I went to the Macq store and tried to redeem the Dr LeWinn's and Trilogy vouchers but the store manager refused to process the sale. Firstly they were experiencing "technical difficulties" with the Trilogy voucher as it wasn't active yet despite the offer being valid from 26th Oct 2018. Then she said that since the items I wanted to purchase were currently on sale, I wasn't able to use either voucher since you can't use them "in conjunction with any other offer". However, both brands are on sale until 7th Nov 2018, so what would be the point of offering vouchers if customers can't redeem them in the first two weeks?? Originally, she offered to keep the items and vouchers aside until after the sale had finished, except I declined and chose to keep them. In the end, I just went to a different branch and redeemed the Dr LeWinn's voucher.

    I don't remember ever encountering this issue with vouchers from prior gift bags. Instead, the difficulty that I faced was trying to find applicable items (or those that I was interested in) in stock during the offer period.
