  I had to follow up with Xbox chat 3 times before I got my bonus code last time. Not worth the hassle. But good price non the less.

    Agree - don't do it!!! I'll never buy this deal directly from Microsoft again.

    Wasted two to three hours across several online chats before they finally came good and honoured the deal.

    At $30 per six months for this offer ($60 for 12 months), you're better off just picking up a year from CD Keys for a few dollars more.

  Terrible experience from the previous time Microsoft ran this, took me months of live chats, emails and phone calls and in the end just disputed through PayPal as they did everything they could to not give me the code. I know just about everyone else had similar experiences.

  I agree, had heaps of problems with last Microsoft deal. Live chat staff were friendly and willing to help but they didn't know about bonus offer and suggested if another ever comes again to keep screenshots of offer. So in my view to much effort.
