Spotted this one on the way to Bunnings yesterday, they are really nicely finished and I bought two packs for the path and they look great!
Build quality is actually really nice!

Description:

    There's a lip about a third of the way up from the bottom which marks where the ground level is supposed to be (i.e. a third of the black spike goes underground, and two thirds remains above ground). You could, however, push the lights in further, even all the way to the white/clear part with a bit of effort. You could also push them in less, but that increases the chance of them falling/getting knocked over.

  Just want to say these are water-proof. All 20 of them survived the shitty Melbourne weather and going strong. I hope other buyers' light have survived.

      Adv says " multi colour changing"
      but I cannot see any way to select colour changing in them, have you seen it?

        I personally haven't, but you can open the lights and remove the rechargeable AA batteries inside so I'm guessing there's some kind of switch.
