Air China gets a lot of flack on here, but I've done 4 flights with them and had no problems - comfortable, interesting experience, different food.

And at the end of it you're in Barajas Airport in Madrid, heart of Spain!

Dates: various from Feb-August 2019 (if you stay in July you could go to Running of the Bulls, La Tomatina in late August)

    From a casual google, I can't find anything wrong with them either.
    
    Some people expect premium service from a budget airline and rate it poorly.
    
    I can't find a valid reason not to fly with them unless you're over 6ft tall or too fat. They used to not allow mobile phones during the whole flight but I think they changed that at the beginning of 2018
