Been emailing ubisoft back and forth about my cancelled orders and its no surprise that they're blaming me for the cancellations.. saying that my credit card details were invalid, yet, at no point in the ordering process were they asked for..
Oh well, i'm sure Atomic or PC Authority will be running at story about it so I'll email them about it..
anyone have free serials to give away (will accept any game)?

oh noes…. hope "lbigfella" doesnt come back in and read this post. all the time he spent warning all of us how this would be a waste of bandwidth because Ubisoft would reverse it (and taking the time to actually call them to tell them of their mistake!), would have been better spent actually downloading the games! :)
i got this email too… its good that they are honouring it, but it sounds a little like sour grapes to me at the end. "as the one you have just taken advantage of…" boo hoo… cry me a river. I didnt steal anything, you gave it away free of charge.

Anyone had success with the Call of Juarez BiB invalid serial problem yet? I’ve been shunted backwards and forwards between the sales and support departments for two days now …

I received what seems to be an automated email from ubisoft with my Far Cry 2 serial. When I try and put it in though I'm getting the same 'invalid serial' problem you guys are getting with Call of Juarez..
They sent me 2 emails for serial numbers for far cry 2, not sure if they work but.
My serial for Call of Juarez never worked as well.
Edit: Both serial numbers don't work.

hey, can anyone help with the AC1 & 2 download problem?
i keep getting a download.txt with (QUOTE) "This is your game download" ……..
then, they recently sent the serial keys, BUT whats it for when the download is F'd up~!!!!
