What is it with greedy (could be harsher) people grabbing extra keys just for the heck of it (they are not unlimited). Depriving others is plain selfish.

I'd be careful about entering any personally-identifiable information on this site at the moment. It seems to be going really spastic under sustained load. As well as the 'random' shopping carts others have reported, the email links seem to be doing something strange. I clicked on the 'Click here to edit or update your profile' link which appears on the page that opens when you click the acknowledgement link in the initial welcome email and it redirected to my yahoo email page!
Luckily entering bogus info along with a 'junk repository' email address on the account creation page seems to work ;-)

So has anyone actually downloaded these games? Surely they'll have a record of which ones were purchased for $0 and just cancel those keys.
I activated my keys on steam. Mainly the RUSE/Bloody good time copies. Doubt they can do much with the amount of red-tape to handle those steam activated keys.

It is going to be hard to cancel all the serials. You will have to rewrite the game reg to do that. Also just run the game without internet connection and it should work.

I wonder also about the legal standing of the deals if they have been indeed hacked. Their company has still completed a legal transaction with customers, which is a contract.
There's no consideration. It's not a legal contract. They can undo it. Or possibly charge people who got a game without paying.
