Easter Europe Itinerary - Feedback Needed!

Hello OzBargain friends!

We are looking for feedback on the following itinerary for Eastern Europe for summer 2019:

Please excuse the formatting. I understand it's a bit of a rush but that's all the time we have.

Any thoughts on what we should cut out / should do instead?

    Sounds fun. Plan your seafood eating itinerary in Santorini well.

    My suggestion, cut the number of places, same flight money, spend more time in the remaining destinations.

    I wouldn't even bother with Santorini for only 2 days, you will lose 1 of them to flying in and out.

        No I'd recommend Santorini more than Paros, I'm just thinking that you'd kind of want 4 days in each place. You will lose 1 of those days to flying and stuff.

        What are you goals for this trip. See cool and different things, or chill and relax.

        As for the comment below about Athens being a filthy dump. Yeah its dirtier than other places, but if you see the main attractions, the history, it's pretty cool. And the people are nice, and the foods awesome. You can understand why you see a lot of fat Greek men.

        But yeah Budapest is pretty damn awesome. Buy having been to both Prague and Budapest (and loved both), pic one or the other and spend 3-4 days in one, not 1.5 in each. Both have a cool castle on a big hill, both have good history. Kinda similar. My pick out of the 2 is probably Prague.

    are you flying between places? your going to spend a lot of time in airports. Why not do a cruise instead.

    Travelling and exploring new places is always fun and brings adventure. You don't say if you are going solo, with partner/friend, family group or friend group. Regardless, i think you do a disservice to yourself and destination with anything less than 3 night stopover (as mentioned you have travel time on either side). It may be doable if you are travelling with only one companion.

      Yup there will be two of us. We usually cover 30-40km on foot each day when travelling. So I think a tight itinerary is doable but not sure if this is too tight!

    Athens is a dirty and expensive dump. Way overrated. Budapest is the real eastern european marvel, cheaper and much better fun. And you hever know when they may go on political strikes or riots in Athens.
