Ola suspended my account when I added my CC and I've messaged 3 times support asking them what was going on to which they replied it would be escalated but never got any other reply…

Aggressively??? I'd say "aggressively" if it was with 50% off not with $5 off.
I said aggressively because they've been doing that for 3 weeks.
If you want to go somewhere which will cost you about $20 but if you take Uber you save $5, which company are you gonna pick?This makes more riders on Uber, the drivers are not aware and all they see is that Uber gets them all their rides for several weeks so they might end up ditching the other apps.
