New release titles for PS3 only:

Homefront $69.95
Dead Space 2 $56.95
Fallout New Vegas $56.95

All stock is held is Australia and postage is free. Titles are UK imports and work as normal on all Australian machines.

    also to be noted: All used games sold by The Gamer are in ‘as new’ condition. Prices are not too bad. Not good enough for a thumbs up but not bad enough for a thumbs down :D

        last time i ordered from ozgameshop, i got it in 7 working days and thats better than some australia companies

      Fair comment and I can not pretend we are going to be the cheapest in the world, but I will do my best to be so in Australia (Homefront JBHIFI $89).

      And if you have any problems you have a friendly local Australian business to deal with :)

        That's a bit untrue I think. The prices you are competing against sell local Australian stock (which have trade in value in local shops - whereas the overseas stock cannot be traded in). And as for HomeFront, the local copy is only 79 at DSE (including free delivery), so 10 dollars extra for something that can eventually be traded in is a far better deal.

        Not trying to offend your business or anything; I'm sure your business serves as an viable alternative for Aussie gamers who don't mind waiting splurging a bit more for UK copies without the extended 20 days wait of getting it from a site like Zavvi or whatnot.

        Oh edit: KingSizedBalls beat me to it. (Wow, never thought I'd put put ur2dads and KingSizedBalls in the same sentence together, lol).

        "As new" is NOT the same as "new". "As new" is preowned.
        Why would you come to my doorstep and pay full price for my copy of homefront? You wouldn't. You'd just go to the shops and get an entirely new one with proper warranty etc.

    @pommi The Homefront you're comparing to is genuine Australian product which is guaranteed for trades. Granted some people are lucky, but I got rejected at JBHiFi many times for trying to trade in UK stuff in the 'Trade 3 Get It Free' deal. So you cannot compare your prices to JBHiFi and EbGames and say you're cheaper. You should compare to any store that we can get the UK stock from as ur2dads pointed out.

    Your only advantage is faster shipping when compared to actually importing from the UK. But in the case of Vegas, I'll be paying more than double the price for faster shipping. With Homefront, 14 dollars extra compared to OzGameShop.

    EDIT: I cannot neg you because my account is not 30 days old apparently.

    The fact that these are used destroys all the above price comparisons. "As new" = "still used" and as such they should be compared to all preowned game prices.

    So if new australian stock is $10 more than your price here, but generally preowned AU stock is $10 less than a new copy, there's no saving here and further you are likely to have trouble trading UK games in.
