Best Laptop for around $600 to Use for Data Analysis, Spreadsheeting, Basic Gaming, Movies etc.?

As the subject suggests, i am looking for input from this community on a reliable $600ish laptop.
I haven't bought a computer for years, and I am not a very tech savy person. I will be studying soon and need to run the Microsoft suite, especially excel, but also Tableau, SQL, and other data analytics programs .
Wouldn't mind checking out some basic gaming for something new, and of course i'd like to watch movies and browse the internet on it.

Any suggestions or links on how to grab a good bargain, greatly appreciated.

Thank you all!

edit (more details/a response to someones comment):
I work in Supply Chain Planning and already do basic data wrangling, work in spreadsheets and on a computer all day. I have some short courses I am taking in data analysis and excel to help upskill to further my career.
I am not studying a degree.
When i say i am not very tech savy, what i mean is i know how to use a computer and I'm looking to further my knowledge and skills but i don't know much at all about specs / hardware, pricing etc.

Are you sure you're studying the right degree?
