  • This is a freebie? With an minimum order of $20?

    • No, not really a freebie. But it sure beats paying $5 for basically the same voucher from Spreets: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/40006

      • They had better deals when first come out on group buy $5 for $20 worth.
but still not too bad a deal!

  • Prices online seem to be the same as the take away menu from the resteraunt near my place so $10 off seems like a great deal to me. Any idea when this expires?

Beware that prices on Menulog may not be accurate, and that there may be unmentioned credit card surcharges for orders as well.

I haven't used Menulog for over a year now, ever since I was overcharged $12 by a restaurant (i.e. I was charged $12 more on my credit card than what the Menulog checkout and email receipt indicated). When I rang the restaurant to complain they claimed that the prices on Menulog were out of date and that I also needed to pay a credit card surcharge that was not mentioned anywhere on their Menulog menu. Menulog ignored my email about the issue, and also deleted my review of the restaurant in question.

    • should've done a cc chargeback. as they charge u more then the receipt.
you didnt give premission, hence they are committing fraud, no different to them steal from you really!

I know I could have taken the issue further, but at the end of the day $12 wasn't worth the effort of getting a chargeback (which requires me to prepare an affidavit witnessed by a Justice of the Peace) or going to consumer affairs. And the restaurant DID update the prices on Menulog a few days later, so they probably weren't lying that they were "out of date", but nonetheless the poor customer service from Menulog and the restaurant left enough of a sour taste in mouth that neither of them will see my business again.

And even though it's a little more hassle ringing them up for an order, it's probably better I support my favourite local takeaways by paying them the full amount rather than giving some of it in commission to Menulog. :)

You should have complained to as many or applicable regulatory organization.

Not replying to your email, but deleting your comment on the site., Good job Menulog. You prove to be one more dodgy site…

    • Thanks for the info. Will stay away from menulog.

  • NOT a freebie…

  • tried using the voucher it came up as "This voucher has already been used"
is this a single use code?
