  • Hard gas?

  • Post is unclear, I can't tell if this is for car or bbq, or what?

T&c's say the 10 dollar voucher applies on a 45kg cylinder exchange… Who uses a cylinder that big?…

  • wow, this is for CAR?

  • So, this being a bargain site, out of curiosity, what does the LPG COST???
We used it for cooking and water/space heating when I was a kid, but it has got so expensive here that crude electric heating is cheaper. Kleenheat have a monopoly and totally screwed the most from it.

Don't use Elgas… Had extremely bad experience.
They are also very expensive. They charge yearly fees which is non refundable and when you try to cancel their service, they make lies, staff data entry issues and charge extra.

There are cheaper providers. Stay away from Elgas.

    • Agreed, not a value deal at all.

This offer is for LPG used in homes for cooking, heating and hot water. Not for auto or BBQs. Sorry for any confusion.
With all due respect to mrcucc, he is mistaken. Annual service charges are refundable if you cancel service. These charges are also significantly less than what is typically charged by natural gas providers.
With regard to being price competitive, we believe we are and welcome the opportunity to provide you with a quote so you can make your own judgement.

    • Guys don't use Elgas. Other service providers don't even have annual service charges.
Elgas Guy, train your telephone staff as they told me Annual Service charges are not refundable.
