Me and my siblings (all adults) get a Santa photo every year to give to our parents for Christmas. The packs for the photo's are really good value aswell, from memory we normally spend between $15-25 depending on whats included in the pack.

Before my childhood. It started when I was stolen from my mother, and sold to a cult. Who then told me for years that my not understanding the supernatural was true, was something wrong with me and the way I saw logical thought and evidence important. I pleaded with them saying it wasn't logical and that Santa did not exist and they all thought it was very funny and laughed at me. Many, many years of daily nightmares, laying frozen in bed with the covers pulled over my head, just in case all of these monsters and demons these people insisted were true, were. It was a living nightmare. Along with the obviously resulting self confidence issues that I was programmed for.
PS What a shame the PM's recent apology to me was not understood by him due to his psychosis.

How is it not child abuse to blatantly lie to a child with the obvious outcomes? What an evil mind you must have? Or do you just not care? Perhaps so self absorbed you lack empathy?Being told something is real along with the other associated demons and crap out to get you, is not some sort of exercise in imagination. You can't imagine something that is real. What do you expect could come from this, apart from confusion and hurt learning that your parents and community are capable of blatantly lying to you, while claiming how much more special they are than the people around you? How can it be good to do this to a child? Or is that, you think it should encourage a child to lie to those around them? What if integrity is important to the child? What life lesson do you see that must come from this dishonesty and abuse? Have you actually thought about it?
