Surprised this has not been posted from a quick search.

This started a few years ago and its still active, although its a little hit and miss, and it can take more than a week to obtain the free Medium pizza. But free pizza tastes good.

You need to complete a survey to get the free pizza, after ordering pizza from a Pizza Hut Restaurant within two days of the order.

If you order online, the survey link will be in the email receipt. If you order in store, the paper receipt will have a code for the survey which you can enter in link https://s.pizzahutsurvey.com/aus

After filling out survey, wait for email which has a code for a Medium Cheese Pizza which can be used for an online order.

          That has been my experience and I believe it is a manual process. Sometimes the website is down after completing the survey, and that is why i say its hit and miss.

          Im not sure if by infinite free pizzas wold work as you posted above as its potentially manual process and may not apply to a survey of the free pizza as its potentially not applicable.

          Would be interesting to see what ozbargainers experience is.

      Depends, you could find a Pizza Hut receipt and get a free Pizza, but if they are so terrible cant imagine what you are going to do with the free cheese lovers pizza.

        Take it home put a $1.79 pack of salami from aldi on it and into my frypan with a lid to finish cooking 😂 on the occasion i do a hut pizza i always do this for a freebie.

    I don't think this is valid anymore - my receipt didn't have any code, only a link to feedback page, which is different to the one in this deal.

      The Cheese pizza feedback is still on, only that its not really free anymore as a standalone order, its more like a, give feedback and get a 2 for 1 deal. with the Cheese Pizza being the free item once a full price pizza is purchased. A 20% off coupon code may workout a better deal.

    Got these codes from doing Pizza Hut feedback surveys. 1 free medium cheese pizza with any large pizza purchase. They cannot be used with other codes or vouchers.

    Personal pan = 6 inches
    Medium/medium pan = 9 inches
    Large/large pan = 11 inches

    So ignoring toppings preferences and going purely on size, a medium is ~67% of a large.

    No idea if they're one or multi use. Probably the former since they were given privately in an email and are different as well.

    As of posting, there are still 2 codes for 30% off large and 1 for free garlic bread with a large purchase.

      Quite a while. Just tried a code from August last year and it works.

      Something so cool about this is that the way it is implemented you can now use the code to get a $2 large Pepperoni for example, where you pay the additional above $8.95, as before, it used to be that you had to get a cheese pizza with a large pizza purchase. Im not sure the latest requirements on redeeming.

      So if you were ordering 2x Large Pepperonis. It would come to $12.95 pickup.
