How does anti theft bag work if thief took the whole bag?
They cut open some of the backpacks without you knowing it..so this is good to prevent that..you could always put a smart tracking device in your bag since you seem to be a smartarse at asking such questions..

How bad is the clones? I don't mind if decent because price is cheap.
I have an original, looks like the picture a year later, and after a month of travel overseas… I've seen people with ones which I can only presume are fakes as its lumpy as, not holding the original shape, just looks like a cheap crappy bag.
My wife's is also perfectly holding its shape too, so I'd say the official ones have better lining in the edges and that front panel for its materials
Just saw link in comment below aswell, that one already looks saggy as and it's the product photo! The official bobby is so much more form holding.
But yeah that's only an issue of looks, if you care about it being anti theft only, well the zip is in the same place so that would be no different

You can see compared to bobby stock image, the fabric used for the sides is very flimsy and not firm holding. Fakes are very easy to spot in a crowd, I see them all the time

These bags are actually quite good. Nice mount of internal compartments and quite a bit of support. Really comfy.
It also comes with a rain cover and a small reusable bag.
I ended up getting mine off eBay from catch for around$60 a year ago.

edit looking at the photos ops link has more compartments, is a backpack instead of sling and is physically larger too because it can fit a laptop in it
