Greetings everyone, JB have just listed some of their Black Friday gaming deals and this one seems awesome!

Purchase Spider-Man from JB and get 3 months Stan for free. Seems to a much better deal if you use stan!

Same deal applies to God of War and Detroit: Become Human but they're $39, so you could price match Big W @ $29 to get the 3 months Stan too.

    i got $36 for Spider Man at EB yesterday trade in.

    If that prices holds (which it won't for long) this is 3 months of Stan for $3.

      They price matched the Gamesmen for me this morning (for $29.98). And yep, it also came with the free 3 months of Stan. It is printed as an additional receipt and you then claim it online. The girl at the counter didn't even know about the Stan deal (I just happened to look at the JB website this morning and it showed the deal).

    My 3 month subs gifted by ebay is still active but I feel the catalogue is a little lackluster.

    Would anyone know how the Stan Promotion would work for those who've signed up before (Was last a subscriber in October) but currently not signed up?

    My understanding is that I would have to re-subscribe to their basic/standard plan for one month and then I apply the promo to upgrade to premium for that month and then get free subsequent 2 months of Stan Premium? Or I would need to re-subscribe for the whole 3 months under the basic/standard plan, effectively making the Stan promo a $15 voucher..?

    I guess I could just make a new account, lmao.

    Went to JB at World Square (Sydney) they priced match Big w $29 for God of War no questions asked after checking big w site… plus got 3 months free stan offer when I paid it prints out.

    Hey guys, JB tried to screw me because I price matched bigW by withholding the code. However, I noticed there is a 6-digit Stan code on the receipt anyway.

    Has anyone used their code yet? Do you need anything other than the 6 digit code? I tried it and it didn’t work, but I’m already a subscriber.

    Sorry I can’t get my head around the t&c’s for ‘returned’ customers that aren’t currently on a subscription. As in, I did have Stan previously on a 3 month promo last year and cancelled after this finished. Therefore, I’m not on a current subscription.

    I'm an existing Stan Premium subscriber (I was an existing Stan Standard subscribe on 15/10 when I got a free Premium upgrade due to ebay plus membership on this deal). Bought GOW today and got this code from JB HiFi & I tried applying it to my existing account (entering the code in the appropriate place on my account page) - it has extended my billing date out by 3 months & kept me on Stan Premium.

    I also purchased Spider-Man and tried pushing my luck and putting the 2nd code I received in (as I put them through as different purchases), but it wouldn't accept it.

    Thanks OP. Old Stan subscriber, needed to change the billing details so it put me on the Standard Subscription.
    You can change the subscription type in Manage Account>Change Plan>Stan Premium - then cancel as per usual and it will upgrade your account for the 3 months.
    Assume this will work for new subscribers if you're not automatically upgraded to Stan Premium.

    I've got a Stan standard plan and the code I got extended my plan by 3 months so I won't be billed again until March next year. Usually pay $12 a month, so saving $36 which I would've been spending anyway. Pretty much paid $3 for Spiderman. Good deal
