It's a great book if this genre appeals.

    I really liked this book.

    The sequel is basically this book with some changed names, utter crap.

          Yes forget that the sequel even exists. This book is an incredible stand alone novel. Check out the mini series after you finish the book it's equally as good.

        Had by account set to USA. And couldnt get the book. then changed my address back to australia. Still couldnt get it after 10 minutes of logging out and in.
        Then I went back to Amazon US site, and I could get it From US. STRANGE!!!!

    Literally just read this book and loved it. Definitely would recommend to anyone - don't be put off by the 1000+ page count, it will fly by.

    This is my favourite book. I think about it all the time. It''s hard to say why - it's just really interesting! I've read it twice but never got around to reading the sequel World Without End. Would recommend Pillars very much.
