Cheaper here, and this deal is still active $179.99 delivered

    • Thanks but actually that’s the elite 65T as opposed to the elite active 65T

      • +1

You're right, my bad. Is the active worth $50 more than the normal 65t?

        • It worth it. Those are excellent earbuds

    • +1

Jabra Active Elite 65t as opposed to Jabra Elite 65t. Different material and higher IP rating.

      • I have active, great for earbuds and I've tried a few. Occasional connection problem with iPhone. Benefits Active also has a step counter which I never use and is supposed to stick in the ear better for exercise. Otherwise would go standard ones.

      • +1

Where does it say that its the active?

        • Yep! Cheers to whoever edited it!

  • +8

The description on the Ebay page doesn't include "Active"?

    • post after nightshift, my baddd!

  • +3

Photo shows standard version and description does not state it's the active version neither.

    • picked these up from JB the other week. Originally price matched to HN's $227 but then she price beat to convince me to get their extended warranty which i was going to get anyway.

If you are getting it, you could possibly try your luck at HN for $227 which would make local warranty a lot easier.

EDIT: opps dw. i thought you linked the Elite 65t's (like OP) but $229 for Elite Actives is a great price!

how do you get the cashback

      • +1

Yes second this.. It's not through Amex cashback offer, is it?

      • Cashrewards, it's 329 now unfortunately.

  • These earbuds are atrocious to wear. It just not good for prolong listening and hurts your ear. Although the pass through audio is pretty awesome.

Considering that everyone has differently-shaped ears, I think your experience would greatly differ to someone else's, say mine for instance. I have them and they are quite comfortable to wear for extended periods. You might need to try out the included tips in order to find a great fit. They are by far the best truly-wireless earbuds I have ever used. Sound quality is great. Fit and comfort, ditto. I can't comment on battery life because I only use the right earbud most of the time. Pairing is quite easy with my droid. And the app has features you will find useful.

    • I've owned the Elite 65T's for bit over a week now…they fit perfectly and so much lighter than my old Laybird X3's. Ive worn them up to 3.5hrs at a time without any issues. Speeding through slow people at the shops are also a non-issue for me. I was really happy with the fit. my only issue is I've have interference a few times in my left ear.

    • If it's the earphone housing that's too large for your ears, there may not be too much that you can do.

If it's the included tips, you could try using smaller tips. Or, you can also try getting aftermarket foam tips for these. A friend is using ones by Comply which were not specifically made for this product but seem to fit. But don't take my word for it - Google around.

      • Its got nothing to do with the tips, its the housing. Oh well, its a shame this earbud is performing well and minimal profile. I've returned it in the end and stick with my Airpods.

    • I love them, even my girlfriend (who needs earbuds with loops so they don't fall out of her ears) likes them. She has no problems with the size of the housing hurting her ears. It's really going to depend on your ears.

  • if you want TWS, make sure you buy ones with BT 5.0 not 4.2. its much better i believe.
most big brands got them early therefore they are still using 4.2.
just wait a bit they will all come out with second gen with bt 5.0 -> and those 4.2 model prices will drop hard like rocks

most chinese brands have 5.0 already, and touch control instead of buttons.

    • my Elite 65T's and these Elite Active 65T's should already have BT5.

Sorry and to your other point, i believe these are 3rd Gen True Wireless…if you consider their Elite Sport range

      • agree you are correct.
Jabra Elite Active 65t is engineered for true wireless music, calls and sport, and … And with Bluetooth 5.0, you can seamlessly connect the Elite 65t to your …

    • The Jabra 65T have BT5.0. And yes, it is much better than previous versions of Bluetooth.

You pull these out of the case and they're connected and ready to go before they're even in your ears. Super stable connection too on Samsung S8+ and S9.

  • My only issue is the earphones don't have a magnet to attach to the charging case. Is this an issue? Do the earphones fit snugly into the charging case or do they wiggle around? also any issues with lag on youtube for example?

    • You're right they're not magnetised to hold into the case. But the left and right side are distinct and they fit very easily, but snug. The case is contoured to fit the headphones. They definitely don't rattle. They are awesome headphones!!!!

  • Quanta AU shop has "Jabra 4148138 Elite Active 65t In-Ear Wireless Headphones" for around 225.

I am guessing this is the same as Jabra Elite Active 65t True Wireless…?
