Scoopon -Golden Bucket Cleaning -

Did anyone else buy the Golden Bucket Cleaning deal from SCOOPON? Interested to know if anyone managed to use their voucher? I had to my 2 cleans booked however they didn't bother to turn up. I tried calling and emailing several times with no response. They never answer their phone, its always on answering machine.
Those that have contacted Scoopon for a refund so far have apparently been unsuccessful. NOT HAPPY!!!

        Still waiting for a cheque to be sent. This refund is oustanding close to two months. Very frustrating and very unhappy. Still waiitng for a response from your email 29/4. Again how long does it take to send out a cheque. I have provided the contact details. Good luck Anna, but please complain to consumer affairs and your bank. It is quite evident that SCOOPON has not contacted you either to inform of the golden bucket issues which have been made apparent to them months ago. Check my threads under this post.

    Wish me luck…I have just emailed Scoopon for a refund. I bought this from my friend as she was moving interstate and had trouble getting onto them before she moved. THAT should have rung alarm bells.

  • Geez I wish I had Googled before purchasing my Scoopons. Golden Bucket have never answered my emails their phone number doesn't work and I can't get a response from Scoopon. Not even an auto reply to acknowledge my query. So glad now I couldn't afford to buy the overseas holiday :(

      • Yes I emailed customer service from the account I used to purchase the scoopons but got no reply so I sent one from another account and have since received a reply. Thankyou.

    Just a quick update to let you know that there has still been no sign of a refund for my 2 scoopons.
