Woho, breaking that $200 barrier, can't wait for it to hit the $100 mark.

Dunno why this was downvoted, it's quite possibly in a year or two.

With the cashback its technically around $150

  • seeing full cost at AU $249.00 ?

    • +2

Use the coupon "PEPPY" at the checkout to bring it down to $199.20

      • Am I drunk or does the extra $14.95 for shipping make this $211.16?

        • +2

ebay plus gets you free shipping.

  • Is this drive compatible with macbook pro? I am not sure if I need to consider certain size for that. Please advise!

    • Depends on what model Macbook Pro you have

    • +3

If your MBP has a SSD then no. If it has a hard drive then yes. If it has retina screen then no. This changed around 2012.

      • It has a hard drive and is not retina display one. Its a thick macbook not a sleek/slim one.

        • +1

If any laptop has a hard drive or an empty hard drive bay you can use a 2.5" SSD in it.

      • I've got a Retina display Macbook Pro Mid-2012 with a 1TB 2.5" SSD so maybe it was 2013 onwards that you can't.

dang need the m.2 at this price

  • +1

Don't need (another) one, but sure is tempting! Might hang out 'til Black Friday/Monday and review the situation! lol #firstworldproblems

  • At these prices im getting tempted to get one for the ps4 to help with RDR2

    • I got one for my PS4 Pro at higher prices, I do not regret it at all. Before I got one, I'd hate my characters taking risks, dying unnecessarily due to loading times. Now I can jump off of buildings without fear of those loading times.

hmmm but will i get a better deal with good friday/cyber monday?… what a gamble….

    • +1

It might go lower by like $10

    • +2

Yes - it's mentioned in the post

  • Damn, 81 sold in the last 30 minutes.

  • Can I use this in my PS4 Pro ? The loading time pisses me off in my PS4 Pro.

    • +1

You absolutely can use this, it's not higher than a normal drive.

  • Can this be installed into my Dell XPS 7700?

    • 7700 is the CPU not the model but if it currently has a hard drive yes you can replace the hard drive with it.

      • Sorry it's a 9560. It already comes with a 512mb SDD card. So can I replace it with this one? Or even add an extra one?

    • I don't believe you can, the xps 15 is a very thin laptop and these ssd are designed for desktop purposes as it is decently sized.

      • :( Okay thanks. I guess I'll have to live with 512mb. #FirstWorldProblems

        • wait i just re read your comment. mb? you mean gb.

  • Ah f* just realised I should have used 2 gift cards not 1, stupid me
