DCSI NBN Offer for MUNGI Customers

Just signed up for 100/50 2tb for $70 a month for first six months. Not a bad offer for ex MUNGI customers. See https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/417748

"We're aware of the unfortunate news this afternoon about Mungi entering voluntary administration and ceasing operations, and we're aware that many Mungi customers need assistance setting up new services with an emphasis on speed of transition to prevent downtime.

DCSI is offering Mungi customers $10 per month off any plan over $60 a month for their first six months with us, along with our usual free activation (BYO router). If you apply online, comment MUNGI in the notes in your application. Phone applications can be made on 1300 66 55 75 – let the team member know you're transitioning from Mungi.

  • your link doesn't even work , how can i sign up?

PS try remove the quotation mark, may help.

    • edited it an PM you.

  • Why not post this as a deal? I saw your comment on their $60 plan last night. Before this offer. This offer is only on the $70 and above, not the $60 plan btw. Just saving confusion when people see $60 and this $10 off that.

The sign up process was awesome, signed up last night after they shut. Internet theoretically on by 10am. Got a nice call to let me know it was up and running. I asked some hard questions about their business practices and longevity, I like that they don't just do the cheap ISP thing by it self.

Speed is great, customer service is tops, price is a bargain.

Referred my inlaw, who is a Mungi refugee as well.

  • Signed up this morning at 11am. Was told 1-2 hours. Still waiting. Customer service seem nice but I now wonder if I made a mistake. Was with Mungi. I used to love them but no more. No notice. Clowns.

  • +1

Online now. Customer service is very good and local. They even called to check if all was resolved. Can't fault customer service so now it will come down to speeds.
