      I bought two ultra-orthics in the offer from a couple of weeks ago. Last weekend (before they arrived), I walked 16.1 km on Sturday morning and my feet were reasonably sore for a couple od days after that. Yesterday, I walked 16.5 km with the inner soles fitted and I was very surprised at the difference. No real pain at all. I guess that makes me a believer now.

      The foot pillows can be used for sports - they are generally for cushionoing as the arch contour is low in this product.

      The docpods foot pillow fits well into shoes with limited space and a removable insole.

    My mother has heel spurs which cause her a lot of pain. Do you have a product that would be useful for her and alleviate the pain she feels when standing/walking?

      thanks for the post.
      generally back pain is best treated by a physiotherapist.
      foot position can affect some forms of lower back pain, but the foot position is only a compont of this.
