I went to HN about 3 weeks ago, the sales person already offer me this price (without $100 Gift card at the time). I would hold off for Black Friday sales.
Got this tonight at The Good Guys for $1799. Sticker price was $1999, asked them if they could do any better, they knocked $100 off the price but by the time we went to the sales desk their system was saying they could lower the price to $1799. Really good price.

Thank you OP, great find! I've been looking at this TV for few weeks. I went into TGG in Auburn, Sydney and asked the rep if he would match Costco. We've agreed on $1810 (CostCo + membership).
This will be a step up from my 2009 Sony LCD.

then used Giftcards through work to come down to $1662.5 and that my friends is a deal!
